Debe beber abundante AGUA (5 a 7 botellas al día), preferiblemente comenzando 2 semanas antes de su cita, pero al al menos 4 días antes de su cita programada, para asegurarse de que su líquido amniótico esté limpio y en un nivel óptimo para su sesión de ultrasonido electiva. El resultado de sus imágenes será pobre y una pérdida de su dinero si no tiene suficiente líquido amniótico alrededor de su bebé.
¿Por qué agua? El agua hidrata tu cuerpo. Un aumento en la ingesta de agua normalmente aumentará la cantidad de líquido amniótico que el bebé produce al orinar. Este es el fluido necesario y utilizado para renderizar sus imágenes. Cuanto más líquido amniótico haya en el saco, más claras tienden a ser las imágenes. El aumento de líquido amniótico ayuda a empujar la placenta fuera de la cara del bebé.
Es posible que se le pida que tenga la vejiga llena inmediatamente antes de comenzar con la ecografía, si su embarazo está muy avanzado o si la cabeza del feto está muy baja o si su útero tiene una inclinación o una forma variable. Se le recomienda que siga la dieta que le recomiende su médico y que coma una comida normal o un refrigerio cerca de la hora de su cita. Tenga en cuenta que no podemos controlar las posiciones del bebé, pero su ingesta de agua determina únicamente la CLARIDAD de las imágenes de su recuerdo.
Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. If your appointment is scheduled for 1:00 pm, that is the time you should arrive. There is no need to come earlier. We do not double-book or over-book our time slots.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time using the cancellation link provided in their confirmation email. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, late arrivals, or missed appointments (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds.
Two-Visit Package: The Two-Visit Package is a discounted bundled service. Refunds are permitted only if cancellation is requested more than 24 hours before the first scheduled visit. Once Visit 1 has been completed, the package becomes non-refundable, as a significant portion of the services and keepsakes have already been delivered.
No refunds are provided for change of mind or other non-medical reasons.
Compassion Exception: If Visit 2 cannot be completed due to a medically-confirmed miscarriage or medically-confirmed early delivery, clients may receive a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of the package or studio credit of equal value.
a. — What happens if I miscarry after booking the Two-Visit package?
We extend heartfelt sympathy to families experiencing pregnancy loss. If you purchased our Two-Visit Package and miscarry before your second visit, you may be eligible for a compassion-based, pro-rated refund or studio credit. To apply this policy fairly for all clients, we require basic documentation such as an ultrasound report, brief provider note, or hospital discharge summary. A photo or screenshot is sufficient and can be emailed to admin@preciousfacesin3d.com. Once received, we will process your refund or credit promptly.
b. — What if my baby is born before my second visit?
If your baby arrives before your second scheduled visit, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or studio credit for the unused portion of your package. We simply ask for basic proof of birth, such as a hospital birth record, discharge summary, baby wristband photo, or patient portal screenshot. A photo or screenshot can be emailed to admin@preciousfacesin3d.com. Once received, we will complete the refund or credit quickly and compassionately.
